| | Model | Forester L | | | What things have gone wrong with the car? | -Placement of the single front cup holder (hopefully they fixed this in more recent iterations) Consensation from a cup of cold soda would literally drip directly into the CD player making it unusable for days at a time. HORRIBLE design flaw!- Rear seat space is embarrasing. I try not to be the one to volunteer to drive groups of people.- Driver's side leg room is probably fine for most but I'd pay cash for just 2 more inches. I have a 36" inseam and cocking my foot at the harsh angle to maintain pressure on the accelerator is trying. Don't think I could manage without cruise control.- Weak front headlights. I'm always checking to make sure they're on.- Inability to silence the entry | | | | |
| | | General comments? | This was the best quality mini-ute with the most amount of leg-room that I could find. Despite my longish list of complaints it is a decent vehicle. Would I buy it again? No. All my previous cars have been Hondas and I really miss the smoothness of the engine, the fit and finish. | | | Previous car | C-RV: Loved the interior room and the Honda-ness. The ONLY thing that stopped me from buying this was the smidge less front leg room. |
